I remember when I was struggling to lose weight and I was reading all types of information online and getting tips from family and friends. The internet is a big place, but much of it is full of myths and quick promises that don’t deliver big results. I too was willing to do whatever someone else did that worked for them, but none of what they told me got me the results I was looking for.

Guess what? There’s a better way,  I promise! It wasn’t until I started studying fitness and nutrition for myself and testing theories that I realized, this journey is not a one-size-fits-all. With different body types, different goals, and different lifestyles – plans like these shouldn’t be the same.

Diets stink and general plans are never created with YOU in mind, so you need to work with some who is skilled in what works for YOU to get the results you are looking for. Forget counting calories and points…..learn how to eat the foods you love in ways that benefit you the most.

I Can Relate to Not Being Able to Fit Into My Jeans! 

Just like you, at some point, I was feeling healthy, vibrant, and was able to fit into my favorite clothing without any problems. I had years of practice living out a healthy lifestyle, but after my last little girl, I gained many more years of experience trying to find out what works for weight loss. Let’s face it, after you’re older, have children, and/or have hormone flare ups, your body parts just seem like they have shifted to places that don’t just seem to look right in what used to be your favorite pair of jeans! But it doesn’t have to stay that way! Working with me can get the results you are looking for in  a fraction of the time it took you before.
