Thanks for stopping by. I’m so excited that you are here!! Why? Because I know you are most likely here because you probably have tried one million diets, are sick and tired of starving yourself, bored from eating bland meals, or worse, you’re victim of spending hours and days in the gym time, with the feeling that you’re doing everything you can, yet, you’re never getting the results you were hoping for! Does that sound about right?

Perhaps you’ve even had some success on a weight loss plan, but once you started eating real food again, you gained the all the weight back—-plus some extra pounds! I know you’re tired. You’re frustrated. You’ve already given up. But there’s a larger part of you that still wants to feel sexy again. There’s a large part of you that wants to wear your favorite clothing again. Maybe it’s that little black dress. Or Favorite Skinny Jeans. Or a Bikini on the Beach. Whatever it is, know that your goals are attainable.  

My name is Lea (lay-uh), but I’m also known as NaturalLee Fit or Daily Fitness Zones on social media pages. I created Daily Fitness Zone after blogging about “all things natural” on Naturalistically Speaking. At the time, I mostly blogged about natural hair, organic foods, and natural wellness tips. But then there were many questions from individuals of all ages about vegetarian and vegan diets, recommendations for weight loss, fitness routines, and of course, beauty secrets! There were so many inboxes, personal interactions, and emails, that I woke up with a vision to concentrate on a site that specifically focused on diet and fitness; to help people be good to themselves and feel good about it.  

How I Got Here:

Growing up I was small. I mean I was really, really tiny. People talked about me and called me names, but hey, being able to eat what you want and not gain weight seemed to be the grand-prize bonus of life, and I took full advantage of that.

Eating what I wanted and working out a few days per week worked well for me for a long time, but near the age of 30 and after I had my finale baby, something strange happened!
I gained weight!! Oddly enough, I didn’t gain it during pregnancy,  gained it while I was nursing and no matter what I did, I was not able to lose weight. In fact, the harder I tried, the bigger I became; at least that’s how it seemed to be. I wasn’t in a good space. 

  • I was depressed
  • I was discouraged
  • I was desperate
  • I dieted over and over and over again! 

I tried any and everything someone gave me as an idea to try. Master cleanses, diet pills, and I even joined several popular “weight-loss” programs, but NONE OF THAT WORKED! I quickly learned that there was, and still is, a plethora of misinformation all over the internet. There were commercials that tried to convince me to give them more of my money, and there was way too much hype around “weight-loss” foods that promised me immediate results. I learned the hard way that these are fads and don’t warrant long-term results. Thankfully, you don’t have to go through the same pain, disappointments, costly mistakes, and waste time like I did. I can show you how to reach your goal in a fraction of the time. Here’s the real deal….losing weight doesn’t make you healthy, but getting healthy WILL cause you to lose weight.

What’s different? I teamed up with Arbonne Nutrition, plus obtained certifications in nutrition and personal training, and I am now a health and fitness coach!

I run my own private Clean Eating Facebook Group for tips and encouragement, and help people realize the amazing progress I’ve made through the 30 Days to Clean and Lean Program. It has been the one system to provide the essential needs when it comes to weight management: nutrition, consistency, and support/accountability. I workout too, daily! I can also provide you with a fitness plan if interested. However, since getting healthy and weight management is 80% nutrition, it’s best to start there. It literally changed MY LIFE, plus saved me time and frustration. 

Because of this, I felt as though I HAD to spread the word about this to other people. It fills my heart to help others who are in the same situation as I was. I am here to be the support and motivation that you never had before! I totally understand, and want nothing more than to
provide you with the right resources to help you and your family transition to healthier, happier lives!
